Our 28-day yoga classes in Goa will be held in a peaceful beachside location, with daily yoga sessions and meditation classes. During weekends, students can explore Goa's spiritual side with visits to the Basilica of Bom Jesus, the Mangueshi Temple, and the ancient churches of Old Goa. The Dudhsagar Waterfall, the Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary, and the Spice Plantations will also offer a refreshing change of scenery. Foodies will love Goa's seafood specialties, such as Goan fish curry and prawn vindaloo.
